{"id":993,"date":"2020-08-09T21:56:26","date_gmt":"2020-08-09T21:56:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hlcca.com\/?p=993"},"modified":"2020-08-09T21:58:01","modified_gmt":"2020-08-09T21:58:01","slug":"aitkin-county-permits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hlcca.com\/?p=993","title":{"rendered":"Aitkin County Permits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As an informational note, any shed over 25 square feet and any deck or platform structure over 32 square feet requires a permit from Aitkin County.<\/p>\n<p>When applying for a permit please follow due process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/hlcca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Request_for_Lot_Alterations.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Request for Lot Alteration<\/a> to the Board<\/li>\n<li>WAIT for the boards approval<\/li>\n<li>The Board will send out a signed &amp; approved Request for Lot alteration WITH a signed Authorized Agent form<\/li>\n<li>Apply for your permit with Aitkin county<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If we forget to send an Authorized Agent form with your approval, just send us a reminder.
